Looking for a task management system that works

Since becoming a paralegal in 2018, I've taken on more attorneys and a growing caseload. What used to work at my previous firm just isn't cutting it now. I've tried spreadsheets and calendars, but I still miss things. I avoid overtime and protect my work-life balance, does anyone have a task management method that keeps everything on track?

Clio and Smokeball are excellent for work related tasks and do a very good job of letting you organize things and be on top of everything. For personal stuff you can use anything that comes up on a google search, really, asana, Trello, notion, clickup, depending on how simple or complex system you're looking to create

I've heard of Clio but haven't tried Smokeball, I'll look into that. For personal stuff, I've played with Notion but might give Trello or ClickUp a shot too. ClickUp's marketing team has been a menace, I see their ads on YouTube almost every day! :)
